Ready-made pieces are usually posted within 2–4 working days. Larger items like blankets and bouquets are crocheted to order, so please allow 1–3 weeks. You'll always get a realistic timescale when you order.

Yes — every single stitch. Nothing is machine made and nothing is mass produced. Amina crochets each piece herself at home.

Absolutely, custom pieces are one of Amina's favourite things to make. Send your idea through the custom crochet page with your colours, size and deadline and she'll reply with a quote.

Usually yes. Many pieces have colour options at checkout, and if the shade you'd love isn't listed just ask — most yarn colours can be matched.

Lots of pieces can be personalised with a name, initials, a date or a colour theme. Choose the personalisation option where it's offered, or send a custom enquiry.

Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent, press out the water without wringing, then dry flat away from direct heat. Plushies are best spot cleaned so they keep their shape.

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of arriving, unused and in their original condition. Personalised and custom-made pieces can't be returned unless they arrive faulty — full details are on the returns page.

Because everything is handmade, pieces do sell out. Most can be remade for you — message Amina with the piece you'd love and she'll let you know how soon it can be ready.
