Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It's accepted once you receive your confirmation email. If a piece has already sold or can't be made, you'll be told quickly and refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken securely through Shopify at the time of ordering.

Handmade items

Every piece is crocheted by hand, so small variations in size, shade and stitch tension are expected and are not faults. Photographs are as accurate as possible, but screen colours vary.

Custom orders

Custom pieces begin once the design, price and timescale are agreed in writing by email. Because they're made specifically for you, they can't be cancelled once work has started, and can't be returned unless faulty.

Safety

Crochet plushies and decorations are handmade keepsakes rather than certified toys. Please supervise young children and keep small parts away from babies.

Intellectual property

All photography, text and designs on this website belong to crochetedwithluv16 and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Liability is limited to the value of your order except where the law says otherwise.
