returns & refunds
Amina wants you to luv your piece. If something isn't right, here's how it's put right.
Ready-made pieces
You can return a ready-made piece within 14 days of it arriving, as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Email crochetedwithluve16@gmail.com with your order number first and Amina will confirm the return address.
Custom and personalised pieces
Because these are crocheted especially for you, custom and personalised pieces can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or aren't what was agreed.
Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, send a photo within 30 days of delivery. Amina will repair it, remake it or refund you in full — whichever you'd prefer.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- They're processed within 5 working days of the return arriving.
- Original shipping is refunded only when the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return postage
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or wrong. Please use a tracked service — Amina can't refund returns that don't arrive.
Handmade variation
Every piece is crocheted by hand, so tiny differences in size, stitch tension and yarn shade are part of the charm rather than a fault. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
