Free UK shipping

UK orders over £30 are posted free. Below that, tracked UK delivery starts at £3.50 and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order is posted

• Ready-made pieces: posted within 2–4 working days.
• Made-to-order pieces such as blankets, large bouquets and custom items: 1–3 weeks, confirmed when you order.
• Personalised pieces: add a couple of extra days for the finishing details.

Delivery times

Once posted, UK tracked delivery usually arrives in 2–3 working days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed, as they depend on the courier.

International orders

Amina can post outside the UK on request. Please message her before ordering for a quote. Any customs charges or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and Amina will chase it with the courier and sort it out with you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email crochetedwithluve16@gmail.com straight away — addresses can usually be corrected before the parcel is posted.
